Currently-enrolled FGCU students who meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Transferred from an FCS institution before earning the A福利免费日韩看片
• Earned more than 30 credits that count toward the A福利免费日韩看片 at a single FCS institution, plus the remaining credits at FGCU to equal the minimum 60 credits applicable toward the A福利免费日韩看片
• Completed the FGCU General Education requirements, which include general education courses
• Completed the college-level communication and computation competencies, per SBOE Rule 6A-10.030, Florida Administrative Code (part of FGCU鈥檚 General Education requirements)
• Have NOT yet earned the AA, a bachelor鈥檚 or higher degree, and are not enrolled in their graduating term at FGCU
• Be in good academic standing, current with financial obligations, and not have any pending student conduct or academic integrity issues at FGCU
• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 2.00 or higher at FGCU
• Completed the civic literacy requirement per section 1007.25(4), Florida Statutes (F.S.)
• Completed the foreign language requirement per F.S. 1007.25(8)

• Students may also 鈥渙pt out鈥� at any time prior to FGCU officially notifying and sending the students鈥� transcripts/information to the FCS institution. Please send a written electronic request to 鈥榦pt out鈥� to orr@fgcu.edu. 
• NOTE: 鈥淥pting in鈥� does not guarantee that students will be awarded the A福利免费日韩看片 automatically; it simply means that the FCS institution will evaluate the students鈥� transcripts to determine if they are eligible for the A福利免费日韩看片.
• FGCU will send an electronic transcript to the previous FCS institution for eligible students who 鈥渙pt in.鈥�
• The FCS institution will evaluate the student records and award the A福利免费日韩看片, if eligible.
• Non-eligible students will be notified by the FCS of any missing requirements.

Students may also 鈥渙pt out鈥� at any time prior to FGCU officially notifying and sending the students鈥� transcripts/information to the FCS institution. Please send a written electronic request to 鈥榦pt out鈥� to orr@fgcu.edu.

All student information shared between FGCU and the FCS institution(s) to facilitate the reverse transfer process will be in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. section 1232g) requirements and applicable Florida statutes, rules, and regulations pertaining to privacy of student information. 

To adhere to the FERPA requirements, only students who actively 鈥渙pt in鈥� to the reverse transfer process will have their transcript electronically and securely sent to the FCS institution(s) where they earned more than 30 credits.
