Our after-hours line is a third-party nurse service that provides medical advice and phone triage only. Please note that you cannot make or reschedule appointments, request prescription refills, or obtain any FGCU-specific information through this service. For assistance with these matters, please call during our normal business hours. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

For students in immediate mental distress outside of normal business hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays) who would like to speak with a mental health professional can call the CAPS help line: (239) 745-EARS (3277).
